Our Wood Products

Veneers

Squaring

This is performed on a bandsaw equipped with an overhead crane and a feed chain. The resulting pattern from this step is crucial for the rare wood species we process.

Squaring

Steaming

Five stainless steel steam kilns and two hot water kilns heated by a fully automated 2200 kg/hour boiler and a wood-fired boiler allow us to recycle all our waste wood. This phase enhances the wood's coloration and facilitates slicing. A precise steam dosage is essential for achieving the perfect colour.

Steaming

Slicing

Three slicers create the veneer sheets needed for cabinetry or paneling, with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.

Slicing

Trimming

This involves correcting the defects in the sheets while respecting our clients' needs in terms of measurements and design.

Sawing

This is performed on a band saw equipped with an overhead crane and a feed chain. Our expertise in handling rare wood guarantees the best possible enhancement of the wood.

Sawing

Steaming and Debarking

The blocks are steamed to even out the colour and treat the wood naturally. This process helps stabilize the wood. We debark them after steaming to maintain the most natural look possible on the edges.

Steaming and Debarking

Drying

All logs are stored in our yard for a duration of 6 months to 1 year to air-dry and ensure the best stability before being moved to the kiln. They are then sorted and arranged by thickness.

Drying

After these meticulous transformation steps, our wood is carefully stored and ready to be crafted! Do you have a project in mind? Don’t miss this opportunity. Contact us now to bring your ideas to life with the best wood on the market!
